📢 Weather Update (Monday): PA Interstate Closures, Pickup & Tracking Delays
Hi all,
Following up on our message from Friday with an operational update for Today.
Due to ongoing impacts from Winter Storm Fern, the state of Pennsylvania has implemented Tier 4 interstate restrictions, which apply to all commercial vehicles and towed trailers. As a result, our carrier partners have canceled pickups on Sunday and today (Monday) while these highway closures remain in effect.
What this means:
- •No carrier pickups in PA Yesterday or Today due to state-mandated interstate closures. Mountainy PA is operating and actively fulfilling orders.
- •Orders completed during this period will be staged and ready for pickup tomorrow.
- •Carrier pickups are expected to resume tomorrow, at which point these shipments will begin moving with tracking updates.
Tracking & delivery visibility:
- •Tracking updates may be delayed for orders fulfilled on Sunday and Monday until carrier pickups resume and scans occur.
- •Deliveries into storm-affected regions may continue to experience in-transit and final-mile delays as carrier networks normalize.
Other notes:
- •Mountainy AZ continues to operate normally with no facility disruptions.
- •We'll continue monitoring state guidance and carrier updates. If you have urgent or time-sensitive shipments, please reach out to us. Thank you for your patience as we work through these weather-related constraints.
