We have been operating and servicing Shopify businesses since 2014. In our journey we have encountered countless 3pls and service providers that weren't the right fit for us. While they may have been able to get orders out the door, they weren't able to leverage our selling platform (Shopify) to give us the flexibility and scalability that we needed. In 2022 we decided to create Mountainy, a fulfillment company that specifically works with Shopify brands to harness all of it's power into creating a seamless fulfillment experience.

As many eCommerce operators know, getting orders out the door is just 1 piece of a much larger puzzle. Whether it's setting up a self service return portal, integrating subscription apps, or rolling out custom international shipping programs, there is a long list of things brands need to do to stay competitive. Our team has been able to marry extensive logistics experience with the technical software demands that exist for Shopify businesses today.
