How It Works
The process is designed to be seamless. When our client sets up an account with Passport, we integrate Passport’s international rates directly into our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This integration ensures that all shipping costs, including duties and taxes, are calculated automatically when a customer checks out.
For the end customer, this means there are no surprises. They’ll see the total shipping cost, including all duties and taxes, upfront during checkout. What’s more, when their package arrives, they won’t need to pay additional fees because everything has already been covered at the time of purchase.
