Direct to film printing is a printing process in which the image is printed directly onto a piece of film, and then the film is heat pressed onto the garment.

One of the key advantages of direct to film printing is that it allows for high quality prints to be made on spandex like material whereas this is not possible with the traditional DTG printing method.
